Raspberry Rhubarb and Ginger Collins

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml St. Giles Raspberry, Rhubarb & Ginger gin
  • 25ml Lime juice
  • 25 ml Sugar syrup (1 part sugar:1 part water)
  • Ginger Ale
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Lime wheel for garnish

METHOD

Add, gin lime juice and sugar syrup to class, stir. Fill glass with ice and top with ginger ale. Garnish with lime wheel and raspberries.
