Raspberry Rhubarb and Ginger Collins
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml St. Giles Raspberry, Rhubarb & Ginger gin
- 25ml Lime juice
- 25 ml Sugar syrup (1 part sugar:1 part water)
- Ginger Ale
- Fresh raspberries
- Lime wheel for garnish
METHOD
Add, gin lime juice and sugar syrup to class, stir. Fill glass with ice and top with ginger ale. Garnish with lime wheel and raspberries.
